We are a b2b SaaS company. Our customers are large institutional real estate owners, like Blackstone and Goldman Sachs, who buy and sell buildings as one of their investment classes. We provide an Asset Management platform that integrates with their accounting systems and allows their teams to do critical reporting and financial management of their large portfolios. We are a productivity tool for these teams that brings their information and people into a common workspace which allows for significant productivity gains by their teams. Our target audience is the Head of Asset Management for these large banks and investment houses. He/She is responsible for the financial and operational performance of their portfolio as well as for managing large distributed teams across the country and sometimes the world. We do not sell or service real estate brokers. We are more of a fintech platform that targets Real Estate investors.

Our brand ethos is to be clear, credible and upbeat. We want to model our website around other b2b productivity tools that are similar in nature to what we do. The website that we like the best is: gopigment.com. We also like asana.com and lastly, monday.com. We would like our website to have a clean and white background. Like gopigment.com, we want to illustrate the features and key value proposition of our product to our potential customers. We will have sections of the website that highlight how our product works and the benefits of using the product to our target customers.

I would like a design of the home page first. Subsequent pages will follow along with follow on work for additional marketing and sales collateral needs. The home page should clearly articulate what our company does and engage the target customer to request more information so our sales team can follow up from the customer engaging with the website and the "more info" buttons. Please see the uploaded deck which provides all the content that we would like on the home page.

This is not b2c so we should avoid any consumer features and focus more on businesses and professionals as the buyers.
