Updated Senior Living Tri-Fold Brochure

Our organization owns and operates a portfolio of 55+ active adult apartment communities across the United States. I would like to create an 11 x 8.5-inch landscape branded tri-fold template for our communities in Canva. I would like to use our Connect55+ Meadville community for this project. About our Communities: We strive to provide premium, comfortable living experiences tailored to the unique needs and lifestyle preferences of individuals aged 55 and over. Our communities are designed to foster an engaging, active, and social environment, with amenities and services that promote a high quality of life. Our target audience includes not only seniors (55+) who are seeking an enriching, independent living experience but also their loved ones who prioritize their safety, welfare, and overall happiness.

We would like to have our community brochure redesigned to match the updated look and feel we've decided on for 2024. I've included a quick example updated brochure along with what our new leasing folders look like. We would like for the design to be a bit more mature (maybe one accent blue color instead of several). We want to ensure detailed information about our communities, like amenities, lifestyle, etc., are included in an easy-to-read format. Our aim is to create a visually compelling brochure that is easy to read and navigate and which resonates with our audience's values and aspirations. The design should be clean, elegant, and engaging, with a good balance between text and images. The use of our brand colors and elements should be consistent and prominent throughout the design.

We would like to refrain from words like "elderly". We are an Active Adult Lifestyle Community, so we don't offer things like on-site dining or transportation services.
