T-Shirt Design for Modern Home Builder

Ideally I'd like the shirt to have large images on the front and back the represent Novare Construction (maybe front breast "Novare Construction" logo with phone number underneath) and large Honomobo image with maybe outline of crane with a module in the air? I know its asking a lot. Ultaimtely I want something modern and professional... but attention grabbing.

I have a construction company, novare construction. We are a full service general contracting company. I also own Honomobo California which is a modern modular home builder. I would like to create work shirts for my guys to where that have big bold design that shows both company logos, has a phone number (925) 289-8059, that they can where when at work. I'd like big clean design that is visible from a distance when they are working. Shirts will by high visibility construction orange.
