I need a real estate postcard created for farming neighborhoods. This is the first of several cards I will need. This card will focus on housing market updates. On the front, the card should state: Lakecrest Forest Market Update. Stay in the loop with Patrick. (There should be a QR code where people can scan to watch a video about the Lakecrest Forest housing market) or visit www.lakecrestforestupdate.com. Whether you're considering selling or just want to stay informed, my comprehensive update will give you valuable insights into the current trends and happenings in your neighborhood. On the back side of the postcard, state: Average Home Values are Increasing in this Area? Visit www.neighborhoodhousevalues.com for a FREE Home Value Assessment.

I have included an example of what the back of the card needs to include. I have also uploaded some photos of Patrick. He will need to be on the card. And, I've uploaded 2 QR code designs. The QR code needs to be on the front of the card. Postcard size should be 6x9.
