our company name is AZ Grass Pros we are a family owned company. We specialize in creating backyards and installing turf, pavers, putting greens, pergolas, fire pits and xeriscape. We are targeting people who have moved here from another state and are looking for a reputable company to build a backyard for their new home. We want to focus on new build homes, these homes come with a dirt yard with nothing in it and most of these homes are being purchased from people who are moving from out of state.

My priority is to achieve a fun, catchy, and easy to read Postcard Flyer for mailer design with information as opposed to the same template design flyer that everyone has. Only difference is their logo and contact info. I am just trying to show you what I imagine that to be but please feel free to add on if you have a vision to make it pop better. we want a clean modern look to the flyer - not your typical landscaping flyer something more sleek but more importantly eye catching and easy to read. The people buying these homes are moving into AZ and we find that majority of people become very overwhelmed when it comes to designing a backyard so we want to target these "triggers" My intent is to immediately identify the stressors of the consumer based on a new build home which is dust/mud control, dirt view, design. Some example questions I would put in are: Are you tired of having a dirt backyard? Are you tired of all the dust coming into your home? Need inspiration on a backyard design? Then show we have incentive by offering up to $2500.00 off. Lastly a CTA with the QR code. We offer free estimates and backyard design. I have attached some photos of project we have done. Our plan is to show the before and after so they can relate.
