Fitness Studio Flyer to promote services

Black Label Strength Project is a personal/private fitness training studio that creates complete and personalized programs for individuals that include strength training, mobility training and nutrition coaching.

I'm looking for a design for a flyer that can be placed on bulletin boards in my area to promote my services. I'd like the flyer to exude a high end feel and relay the services that I offer.

There will need to be space for Copy to list services for: 1) Full "Functional Range Assessment" 2) Fitness Program to address what we find in the assessment 3) Nutritional Coaching to accompany the Fitness/Wellness goals 4) List of credentials like: Certified CPT Pn2 Master Health Coach Functional Movement Specialist
