Direct mailer for baby boomer small business owners looking to sell their company

It is a private investment firm, we acquire small businesses from individuals looking to retire and sell their company.

I am looking for a direct mail flyer that they will receive in the mail. My target demographic is not good with the internet, so the flyer will need to catch their attention, not be too wordy, get to the point, but also convince the small business owner that we are credible and would be a good person to speak with in regards to their business sale. Their needs to be a call to action or next steps for them to reach out or learn more.
