What's your vision?

I need a clean and sharp app icon (for android that conforms to the android guidelines https://developer.android.com/guide/practices/ui_guidelines/icon_design_launcher.html) based on our logo and also would like the logo freshened up and and need advice on layout, fonts and colour schemes for an app that I have partially completed (see attached files)
