Album Art for 25th Anniversary Custom Record

My wife and I will be celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary (silver anniversary). I am having a custom vinyl record made with a few songs that have special meaning to us. I would like artwork to go on the front cover of the album, the back cover of the album, and also the center labels on the record. I'm looking for something pretty simple and minimalist -- nothing with our photos or overly "cheesy". Our wedding was on April 24, 1999 or 4-24-99 . We are American and use the month-day-year convention, not the day-month-year convention (eg, 4-24-99, not 24-4-99). Front cover (square): I'm thinking something pretty simple using those dates in a cool way. Fairly modern font. I assume the background color will be silver. Back album art (square): probably something similar as the front but with a track listing, as well as some other words at the bottom. If there’s a way to incorporate the lyrics “blue-eyed boy meets a brown-eyed girl” in a subtle way on the back cover, that would be cool. I'd also like the words "[copyright symbol] 1999-2024 Boom Records" (using the Boom emoji instead of the word "Boom") to be on the center label
